ATTORNEY
JOHNNY W. THOMAS, JR. (ATTORNEY AT LAW)
Mr. Thomas was admitted to the Kansas bar in 1977 and the Texas bar in 1981. He has also been admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, Western and Southern Districts of Texas; U.S. District Court, District of Kansas; U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit; U.S. Court of Military Review; and the U.S. Court of Military Appeals. Mr. Thomas graduated from Kansas State University in 1974 and the Univerity of Kansas Law School in 1977. He was appointed to the U.S. Trustee Chapter 7 Panel as a Trustee for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Texas in 1995 and has served in this position since that date. He is a member of the San Antonio Bar Association and the State Bar of Texas. Mr. Thomas also served his country as a member of the U.S. Army Reserves, Judge Advocate General; until retirement in 2004 at the rank of Colonel.

Christine N. Dauphin, J.D. (Law Clerk)
Ms. Dauphin is a Tulane Law School graduate. She interned with Mr. Thomas in the summers of 1997 and 2000 and returned to Mr. Thomas' office to work full-time as a law clerk in September of 2002. She works in several areas of law, including Bankruptcy law, Family law, Personal Injury, Probate/Wills, and Business Organizations. Webmaster.

Peggy J. Morris (Para-legal)
Mrs. Morris has worked for Mr. Thomas since 1989. She specializes in Bankruptcy and assists Mr. Thomas in his Chapter 7 Trustee work. She is responsible for Trustee file coordination, asset management and accounting. She also serves in the role of bookkeeper and is responsible for payroll.

Patricia Cruz (Para-legal)
Mrs. Cruz has worked for Mr. Thomas since 1991. She specializes in general practice areas of law, (i.e. Family law, Probate/Wills, Personal Injury, Business Organizations). She is the office manager responsible for stock control, ordering supplies, office maintenance, and setting up all appointments. Mrs. Cruz also performs legal duties as required in Mr. Thomas' Chapter 7 Trustee work and serves as the Asset Manager. She has been a notary public of Texas since 1988.

Daniel Morris (Bankruptcy Clerk)
Mr. Morris is a student at St. Philip's College. He is a musician and Eagle Scout (since 2002). Mr. Morris is responsible for office filing, opening bankruptcy files, drafting bankruptcy schedules for review and billing.
